3 years agoHotspots at homes in Orange Co. California neighborhood of Coronado Pointe in Laguna Niguel still popping up. Fire crews will be here throughout the night trying to make sure flames don't spread to other homes on the block.
3 years ago@SCE has sent a letter to the CA Public Utilities Commission informing them of "circuit activity occurring close in time to the reported time" of the CoastalFire. Edison said in part "Our thoughts are with the community members whose homes have been damaged

3 years ago Walking through the Coronado Pointe neighborhood of Laguna Niguel. Seeing many homes still with active flames. The devastation is widespread. Fire crews from numerous agencies making sure the flames don't spread further

3 years ago The CoastalFire in Laguna Niguel has burned 24 homes, spread to 200 acres and is 0% contained. There are, so far, no reports of injuries.
