2 year agoA car to car shooting has the Northbound 5 closed in Sylmar. The shooting happened near Roxford. The victim was shot in the neck but amazingly was able to get in the ambulance on their own. Suspect got away. CHP will divert traffic off at Roxford for the investigation @CBSLA
