3 years ago This evening at 6:19 pm, Roseville Fire was dispatched to a commercial structure fire at a care facility on Cirby Way. Units arrived on scene to find an electrical fire that had been extinguished with a fire extinguisher in one of the patients rooms & staff evacuating patients
