Incident: Traffic Collision Agency: San Jose Fire Department 9:39 PM PDT 4/9/22 Responding Unit: E23 Location: N JACKSON AV & BERRYESSA RD, SAN JOSE, CA
SJPD and SJFD E11 is responding to the area of Monterey Rd near Southside Dr. RP advising caller is threatening 10-56A. Dispatch advising caller wants to put a gun to their head. SJFD and EMS staging. PD enroute to secure the scene
Fire officials evacuated at least 40 people.

victim still at location is going to be in a gray Toyota Highlander stuck at location, victim is a female adult possibly still in the vehicle, suspect is possibly a employee at the Weed Grow
2: multiple units along with a Sgt. And Air 29( sheriffs helicopter) all units gathering at 40th st e and Ave K before heading over to location together

The shots fired where actually 140th st e and Ave K , caller and his friend went to location to retrieve callers. Friends car and they where shot at 3 times. unknown suspects in a Gray Toyota Corolla. 1 victim is possibly still at location ( Weed Grow)
