1 year agoA hit & run suspect barricaded himself inside his pickup truck on the 14fwy on-ramp at Soledad Canyon in Santa Clarita. The suspect refused to surrender for over an hour. All northbound lanes of the 14 fwy were shut down which created a traffic gridlock nightmare.
