2 year agoMajor Kudos to @WestSacPD in handling this mornings fatal collision on West Capitol Ave. Not only dealing with fatal crash, but in the handling of a very emotional family and friends that were on scene.

There was a traffic accident on Valley and Wickford at approximately 6:45am. Scene is active and traffic may be impacted in the area
Firefighters are responding to a residential structure fire in a single family home on the 4200 block of Cherry Ave. Currently at 2 alarms. Crews have initial knockdown on the fire but have not yet placed under control. No reports of injuries at this time.
