An incident occurred on the 500 East block of Ave H14, where a man was taken into custody after striking his neighbor with a rock. Deputies responded to the scene, and due to the individual's uncooperative behavior, sergeants were also dispatched to assist. The situation was brought under control, and the man is now in custody.
